2 Week Exercise Update
Yea! It has been an exhausting but great two weeks! My trainer has been working Jenn's and my butt off. Which both of us could lose about half of! Ha! Jenn and I meet up at the middle school every morning even on the days we work out. We fast walk two miles our goal is to walk a mile in 15 minutes. Our trainer said it's not how far it's how fast. So we are working on that. I am just extremely proud that we have stuck to this and it really seems to be paying off. I have tons of energy through out the day and guess what no more Tylenol PM at night. I have been sleeping through the night for the past two days. I have taking Tylenol PM for about 3 months so this is a huge improvement for me. My trainers name is Shar Courtney and here a couple of photos of her! Crazy huh! Well, that's my update...four weeks to go! Jenn and I are thinking about doing another six week after we are finished with this six weeks. We are crazy...no we just want to look good in our clothes!

Does anyone really like to exercise?
Ok..my new friend Jennifer has convinced me to start going to the gym with her. Today was our first day. Now...we are not only going to the gym but, we have a personal trainer! We walked in today and I was so intimidated. Our trainer is a blond bombshell with major muscles I'm talking body builder. So of course we start off with squats! Oh my gosh I am too old!!!! Not really I am just totally out of shape. We are going to train with her twice a week for six weeks. I went walking this afternoon trying to get my knees to stop buckling. I know I am going to wake up and need to go to the bathroom and I won't be able to sit down! Ha! I wanted to tell you all that way you can ask me me how I'm doing...this will keep me going, I hope. Wish me luck I'll need it.

Labor Day Weekend, what can I say! I'm so tired!
Gosh, I've been trying to recover all day! To start as you already know Ashlee & Gordon can up! We had a lot of fun at Canton. Not only do I need to recover but so does my pocket book. Then my friends Brandi, Crystal, Shauna, and Shelly came to see me and also Gary Allen...can you say gorgeous! I just love him! I have to say thanks to all my girls it meant so much to me that they wanted to come see us so soon. We had a lot of fun we stayed up until 3:00 in the morning. While I thought George and Gordon would have a quiet night at home ...was I surprised. George and Gordon made friends with the neighbors. They were in our garage drinking some beer when we got home well they didn't shut down till 4:00 in the morning. I'm glad they made friends.
I've got to tell you about Koby! We made him take 2nd grade over for those who don't know. We had so much drama with the move that we thought it would be best to let him have a whole year at the same school. Well it seems to be the best thing we have ever done. I was really worried at first. Koby is a little small for his age and he made mostly B's and a couple of A's last year on his report cards. We really have to study to make an A. This year of course it's only been a week but he made 104 on his spelling test and all 100 on his math. Now this is a repeat so he should. But what I am most happy for is that his confidence is sky high! He has also made friends with a little boy next door they are both in 2nd grade they ride the bus together and they play extremely well together. He rides his bike a bunch and is playing outside a lot! So things are great with him.
We love our house and I'm just trying to get it put together. Our garage is filled with tubs and boxes. Oh, my mom gave me her rainbow vacuum ...Mom I love it thanks a bunch it works great. We miss everybody terribly! Hopefully the home sickness will where off soon. George and I are making friends so that helps. But, nothing is like family and our old friends. Miss you bunches!
