Week at the Phillips 5th Wheel!
Gosh..I can't believe I have not been on here in a week! I have been so busy and not really home half the week. Well, lets start with Monday. Koby had school off for Dr. King's B-day, so we stayed at Mom and Dad's house another night. George ended up meeting me in Seguin on Monday afternoon and we drove back to Bellville together as Brian followed with the company truck. Remember they had been gone from the Monday before so it had been a whole seven days that we didn't see them. I better get use to this you will see why at the end of the weeek. Ok, Tuesday George and I slept late and went into Brehnam to get some outdoor carpet to put in front of our trailer it keeps the stickers and mud out. It works great! We ate lunch and then he went to work. Wednesday I left Bellville to go back to New Braunfels I had a dentist appointment. I met Ash for lunch at the Olive Garden...then we get a call from mom saying our Grandmother was in the hospital. I'll skip all that because they found nothing wrong so long story short she is at home doing fine! I did'nt get home untill about 7:00pm thank God for Pam she had Koby and he had all his homework done and she fed him! Thanks Pam! Thursday Pam and I worked in the Library again setting up for the Book Fair! We worked hard it is a huge Book Fair. OK ...now we are at today (Friday) Pam and I are back at the Library! Now to the exciting news.....George and Brian had some meetings in Houston with some very important people. I can't remember the names all I need to know is that they are very important. Ok so lets get to it this company wants to hire BMP Enterprises to do consulting, make equipment, run jobs, and other fun stuff in South America...that means Veniswella(Spelling??), Brazill, Mexico, and some other neat places. George says they have about 3,000 oil rigs that they need work on. They have a meeting scheduled for Monday to iron out all the details. Needless to say we are very excited! So that was our carzy week!!!

Back in Nixon Tonight....
Koby and I drove to Mom & Dad's this afternoon. It really sucked! It rained the entire time. I had a bunch of non driving @$#&*^*&^(&)*) that kept getting on my butt or would pass me and then ride their brakes because they then noticed that the reason I was going so slow was because I couldn't go anywhere! I drove in this CRAP for two hours. I called mom and asked her if she was really excited that we were coming home. I told her if she wasn't that I would turn around! She also said she would make us a nice dinner. Last time we came home I ended up cooking hotdogs at mom's house because she was so tired. Tonight guess what we had? Velveta cheese w/sausage with chips! Man we must be really special. HA HA!!! Mom we know you love us!
Mom had bought Koby a WII for Christmas. Well, she went and bought her and dad one and they have been bowling since we got here! They really think they are in a bowling alley...they are drinking! Most of you know the story of my grandma the night we had Christmas at Mom's ...But if you hadn't heard long story short...she threw the WII remote through Mom's flat screen tv! We were so glad it was grandma and not Koby. Well, guess what grandma is bowling again tonight. I can't believe she played. It's good therapy for her.
George didn't come with us because he is still out on a job. He and Brian went to West Virgina to take some equipment. They have been gone since Monday. They got into Arkansas at about 8:00 tonight. They have to go back to Oklahoma and then home. We will be expecting them Saturday night. Koby and I are not going home until Sunday night. My sister is having a birthday lunch for her husband on Sunday about 1:00 and I want to go.
I hope the weather gets better I hate this cold nasty stuff don't you agree! Everybody think warm thoughts!!!

Life in a Fifth Wheel.....
Yes, I am living in a 40ft Fifth Wheel and it is challenging to say the least! But, today I am getting DISH TV!!!!! Yea! I have only had two channels for two weeks. Do you know how old that gets. I really miss taping my shows if I'm not home but, after today I will be able to.
I volunteered at Koby's school library yesterday. I checked in and out books and then shelved books. That part is not so much fun but it passes the time. The library will be having the Book Fair at the end of next week and Pam and I are going to run it. Mrs. Hill needs all the help she can get. So I will be going up and helping her out as much as I can.
George and Brian got a call from Weatherford on Sunday. They needed some equipment and technical help on a job in West Virgina. So they took off on Monday morning. They had to pick up some fiber optic wire in Oklahoma and then the set off to West Virgina. George called this morning and they had another 13 hours to go. Of course, I think they are having fun on this road trip!
Tooter News.....well he is now a indoor dog! He thinks he is in DOG HEAVEN. He sleeps all day long and hates to go outside. I am going to give him another bath today. I'm sure he will like that! Amanda Shippey..I am so glad that you are a blogger now! Tell Wyatt that it takes a long time for those teeth to grow in so don't look for them any time soon.

George's Birthday Dinner
OK that really made me mad. I just typed this long post and I pushed the wrong button and I deleted the entire thing! Ok, I'm going to try this again.....Alright as I was saying.....George's birthday is Friday but he is not coming home until Saturday so I made dinner for the whole famdamily! That is what they call us at the coast when your whole family is around. I made chicken and rice which is George's favorite meal. I also made a BETTER THAN SEX CAKE!!! If you have never had one you have to try it. I kinda made it because I like it. It has cream cheese and a bunch of other yummy stuff. I really didn't do much today...Oh yea I tried out my washer and dryer. They are front loading which is what I have at the house but they are like minny ...they don't hold very much. I can't complain they got the job done. Koby brought home a lot of homework today. He has a language arts test tomorrow on past and present tense verbs. Doesn't that sound like so much fun! Well...try sitting with Koby for 30 minutes going over this ...let me tell you it made my day! Ha Ha! He took a practice test on his spelling words and got them all right. He also had a two sided math worksheet that added double digit numbers. I was very impressed with him he flew right through it! Well that was my day ....I'm going over to Pam's now George is almost home. See ya!

Back in Bellville
We went home to Nixon this weekend. We were gone so long! Ha Ha! George and I worked on getting Koby's room all packed up. You don't realize how much junk your children accumulate. These are the times when I'm glad we only have one child.
We bought a 40ft Travel Trailer and put in Brian and Pam's back yard. They have about two acres of land. George attached our trailer to their septic system and water so it is real nice. Of course it is much smaller than our house but actually it's not to bad. We are hoping all goes well with the new company we will be able to get some land and build a new house with in a year or so. With the nice weather we were able to open up the back room to the trailer. I got some carpet and put it in the back of the trailer and made it warm and cozy for Koby. We had to bring our dog Tooter who is a Dotson. When we brought him to Pam and Brian's today he went crazy. They have a cat that he chased until he finally got tired. I hope he will stay around. He has always been an outside dog but he has always wanted to come inside. So we are going let him come in the trailer until the first time he has an accident! I've included some pictures of the trailer.
Well, we are off to are first full week in Bellville. George still has another week at Morrison but he is going to come home on Wednesday to spend the day with me. His 37th birthday is on Friday...man we are getting old. This is a note to Shelly Schaffer you need to get your butt in gear and update your blog!!!!!

Christmas Vacation
Well hello....I know it has been a while! My computer broke and my wonderful husband got me a new laptop with webcam. How EXCITING!!!! He knew I wanted to keep in touch with mom and Ashlee! For those who don't know we went to Ruidoso, New Mexico for Christmas. This was the first year we ever went on vacation for Christmas. I have to tell you it is the way to go! We had a blast! We actually skied on Christmas day. Koby had a hard time catching on. It had been two years since he snow skied. It snowed about four inches on the 25th. Brian and Pam's girls had never seen snow before this trip.
